The Greenville Games

The 2015 Greenville Games presented by Crossfit Reaction will be held on Saturday, October 10th, 2015 at the Crossfit Reaction in Greenville's West End. Registration will begin at 7am Saturday morning with the first heat of competition to begin at 8:00am. Teams will join the battle to see who is the Fittest, Fastest and Strongest.

Divisions: Rx MM, Rx FF, Scaled MM, Scaled FF

Two-person teams will compete in continuous action format, completing 4 total workouts over the course of 1 hour. Teams will be tested in their ability to work together, to push harder and smarter, and to recover efficiently.

  • Thruster (135/95)
  • Kettlebell Swing
  • Chest to Bar pull ups for reps
  • Toes to bar for reps
  • Box jumps (24/20”)
  • Handstand push up for reps
  • Front squat
  • Clean (145/105)
  • Thruster (95/65)
  • KB swing
  • Pull ups for reps
  • Weighted sit ups
  • Step ups (24/20”)
  • Deficit Push ups
